Create a promotion in a webinar room

Once inside the webinar room, go to the promotion icon, click the "+" icon, and fill in the fields.

TIP: Do this before your attendees arrive, so you have everything ready to go. You can send it as many times as you like throughout the live session.

Once you've filled out the fields, be sure to press "Save Promotion."

One Once you've created it, you'll see new icons to edit, delete, send to attendees (as many times as you want), and then view which of your attendees have clicked and how many times.

NOTE: You must click the "send" icon for the promotion to be sent.

When you click on the magnifying glass, you'll see the name, email, and total number of clicks. You also have the option to download this data (this last option is only available on some plans). You'll need to make sure to download the results during the live session, as will not be able to do so once the virtual room closes.

The Attendees will see the promotion on their right side in their virtual room as follows:

NOTE 1: Promotions are ephemeral, meaning they are not saved for other live sessions.

NOTE 2: You can create more than one promotion; however, attendees will only see one at a time.
