Accessing my leads (list of interested parties)

Leads are those students who have shown interest in your academy, catalog, or training courses. To access these interested and potential students, you must:

In the initiation plan:

All landing page/sales page templates have the button already included. To find interested students or leads, you must access the action button for each training course and select the interested option:

In the rest of the plans:

On the landing page/page For sales, you must include the contact section. You can place it on each training course, on your Academy's main page, in your catalog, etc. Access your editor and select add section:

You must select Contact Form:

You can customize it as you see fit and the student will fill in the corresponding fields:

Accessing the left vertical menu in users and in leads/interested parties you will see the list:

It will give you the following information about your lead:

  1. The name

  2. The email

  3. Telephone

  4. Date of contact

  5. whether or not they have selected to receive advertising from you (mandatory by the LOPD and RGPD)

  6. the link or route where they filled out the form

  7. the name of the training

You have an action button where you can answer from there.

Additionally, you will receive a copy of this message in your administrator email and if the lead or interested party has filled out a text, you will be able to see it there:

*You can reply to the interested party from your own email or from the platform (in which case you will not have a copy of the message you send).
