In ClassOnLive, every time you create a training that includes a live session, you will be given the option to either use ClassOnLive's own system or use Zoom to conduct the live classes.

To do this, you will need to have an active Zoom account (free or paid) and you will have to follow the following steps to be able to integrate it:

Important : You must access the platform through https://www.classonlive.com and not under your domain or subdomain to associate new Zoom accounts.

1-Access the Training-->Streaming Systems section and go to the Zoom area.

There you will see the list of all your accounts (administrator and instructors).

Click on the green button to associate a Zoom account with the corresponding account

When you click on it, it will give you the following options:

2- When you choose and enter the Zoom account to use and click Continue, it will take you to the Zoom page (you must log in with your account) and it will ask you to authorize ClassOnLive to be able to integrate your account. You must select "Authorize":

Once you have authorized, every time you create, modify or delete a session in ClassOnLive that you have chosen to do through Zoom, the changes will be reflected in your Zoom account automatically without having to go to Zoom each time.

Important to keep in mind:

-Depending on the type of account you have in Zoom, it will allow or not allow you to perform certain functions. If it is a free account with a time limit, this is how your class will work

-If you have automatic reminders activated for live sessions, these will have the Zoom link.

-You and your students will see the live session scheduled on the calendar and will access this session directly (they will enter their corresponding Zoom room).
