Available on all plans except Inititation plan.

When creating a course or a topic-based course you can automatically eliminate the student from your courses by entering the course end date.

In the Settings section you must select Notifications

and the option to remove the student when the course end date is reached.

When the date arrives, the platform will automatically remove the student from the course and notify them with a customizable email.

Important:

-Students will no longer be enrolled in this course, but it will not affect the other training courses they are enrolled in.

-Even if all students are removed, the course will remain as published unless you cancel it manually. Remember that canceling the course and/or removing a student does not delete the student's progress, only when you select the delete option.

-If you are going to release content by days or dates, you must keep in mind that when adding the end date, the end date will prevail.

-If you remove a student from the course, and they are note enroled in other courses, they become an inactive student. This means that, although you can access the student's progress information while they are inactive, the student disappears from the course list. Therefore, it is recommended not to remove them if you want to keep them on the list.
