The Tutoring & Coaching Module is available on all plans except the beginner plan.
This module allows you to create and organize your students' or assistants' sessions by hour in a calendar where they can view and purchase or book your available hours for language classes, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, etc.
You must select the corresponding option in the "create" section
And fill in the requested fields, including your availability (and that of your Online Academy instructors), start date, end date, video conferencing system, and type of room to use. Here you can see the different types of virtual rooms available.
You can set different prices depending on the number of hours purchased (for more than 5 classes, for more than 10 classes, or for individual classes) as well as choose the first class free. The system calculates everything automatically so that the student or assistant can make the purchase directly.
