Forums allow you to stay in direct contact with your students and update them at any time and/or answer their questions.
Forum members can add comments, videos, images, and documents.
When you create a training, you will be asked if you want to create a forum at that time:
If you decide to create it at that time, all students registered for this training will automatically become members of the forum.
If you do not want to use the forums generated when creating a training, simply select that you do not want to.
You also have the option to create additional forums.
In the "communications" section, you can access the forums and create additional forums for the training courses you have created.

How the Forums Work here
Accessing the Forums:
1. In the Control Panel, go to the "Communications" section under "Forums I Administer." The "forums I participate in" option is that you have registered in other forums but you do not have permission to manage them:
