Internet connection is usually the cause of poor audio and video performance, especially with wireless connections (WIFI).
If only some attendees are having the problem, and the rest see you fine, it is possible that the problem is with them, so recommend that they check their speed and technical requirements.
Please review our system requirements and possible solutions. Here are some recommendations:
Check that you have enough speed.
Connect headphones (if you don't use them, you can generate echo).
If possible, turn off the Wi-Fi and connect directly with a cable (Ethernet connection). Data loss is inherent to a wireless connection (WIFI: which is unstable) and directly affects the quality of audio, video, and recordings.
Make sure you are not downloading with other programs. Close other tabs/programs you may have open (especially Skype, Hangouts, or other programs that may block functionality).
Please exit and re-enter the virtual room.
Please try not to connect to Wi-Fi and connect directly to your modem/router with a cable.
Restart your browser
Restart your computer.
Restart your modem/router
*If you are using a DSL modem with a slow uplink, a 3G wireless modem, if you are on a public or shared network, a network with some types of proxies / firewalls, or a lower speed connection, your experience and quality of your video conferencing sessions may be affected.
