Active students are those who are in published courses. You can see your published courses in the "Training" section under "Created" in the "Status" column:
You can cancel old or completed training courses to make the students inactive. To do this, select the training and select "unpublish" from the top menu. Refresh the page and it will appear as "unpublished."
On the other hand, if you need If you have more than 5,000 students, you can do so by purchasing the additional students you need. You can purchase these in the "Students" section of the "Global Student List" in the top menu using the button:
You can purchase these additional students for as long as you need them.
If you have more students in your training courses than contracted students, some of your training courses will become "unpublished" so your students will not be able to access the content.

Payment is made once and from this moment on, an automatic charge is made every month.
IMPORTANT:
In the Initiation and Professional Plan you have included the possibility of adding 20 students with the possibility of increasing the number of students for an additional cost of €1/student (minimum 20 students each increase). CANCELLATION OF COURSES OR DROP OF STUDENTS DOES NOT APPLY TO START THE COUNT OF 20 STUDENTS. ONCE YOU ADD 20 STUDENTS, IF YOU NEED MORE YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR PLAN OR PURCHASE ANOTHER 20 STUDENTS.
In the Advanced Plan you can add 5,000 and in the Premium Plan 10,000, with the possibility of adding for an additional cost of €49 for each increase of 1,000 students.
