When a student makes a claim because you do not accept payment, we recommend that you contact the student and try to reach an agreement. That is why we recommend that you include everything about your return policies in your terms of use.

In the event that ClassOnLive manages your payments:

1) If the income from course sales has not yet been paid to you, the amount that the student does not accept will be deducted plus a fee of € 15.80 for each payment not accepted by the student (for example, if it is a subscription and the student does not accept 2 of the monthly payments, € 15.80 is charged for each month that they do not accept).

2) If the income from course sales has already been paid to you, the following month the amount that the student does not accept will be deducted plus a fee of €15.80 for each payment not accepted by the student.
