Now you can have your own iOS and Android App! Facilitate access for your students and reinforce your brand with your Online School mobile app. Now your students will have your online school in their pockets, just a click away!

On the one hand, the app shows your training catalog, where anyone who has the app installed can visit and purchase/reserve.

On the other hand, there is the private part, where each student accesses their training, forums, etc. with their credentials.

To have the app ready, follow these steps:

1- Customize with your brand, logo, and corporate colors

In your control panel, click on the Mobile Application option and click "customize":

Choose colors, icons, name of your app as well as a welcome screen.

2-Create Account

You must add the same email address that you have as an administrator in ClassOnLive.

Make sure you have previously created at least one course and that you enrolled in this course as a student with the administrator email address. You can use the “View as Student” option in the “Actions” button of the course to automatically add you.

All of the above is so that the Google and Apple teams can verify that it meets their requirements.

3- Test My App

To continue with this step, you must have completed the previous ones.

Here you will be able to interact with your app as your students would. To do this, you must download it to your mobile phone by scanning the code with your mobile phone. It will ask for the code that appears and you must log in with the email and password from step 2.

Important: This is not your App, it is a Demo/test, so you cannot share it with your students for them to access; only you have access to it.

4- Prepare Submissions

This involves uploading the information for both the Google Store and the App Store. You must choose whether you are going to upload it on both platforms or just one.

To complete the form, you'll see a series of guides that will help you identify and find the necessary information.

5- Launch App

For your app to be published and accessible, you must select a subscription type, depending of the type of platform (Android, Apple or both) you want. Once the subscription is made, you will be able to see an estimated date of when your request will be processed and your apps will be published.

You will not be charged for the subscription immediately but until approximately 30 days after the registration process begins (it normally takes 1 month to validate an app).

Important :

-The App publication process depends exclusively on Google and Apple. We recommend that you complete the steps as thoroughly as possible to avoid having your request rejected and starting over.

-You must register on each of the Google and Apple platforms, which has an additional cost paid directly to the platforms.

-The app subscription is separate from your ClassOnLive plan.

-As with other subscriptions, you can cancel at any time.

-In-app purchases will need to be set up before your app can be purchased. You can do this while your app is being reviewed. You can see how to do it for iOS here and for Android here .

-ClassOnLive does not apply any type of commission on purchases made through your App. Apple and Google may apply commissions.

-You will receive the profits generated by your App directly in your Google and/or Apple Store.
