Available on all plans.
From the contents, titles, and descriptions of your course by topic, you can generate your assessments with artificial intelligence.
To generate the assessment, manually add an assessment to the corresponding module. Manually add your assessment settings and click save.
When adding questions, the option to generate them through AI will appear as long as the assessment does not already have any questions added.
*If you have any questions added, this option will not appear.
When you press the button, the following window will appear:
In that window you must choose what contents and data you want the assessment to be generated:
About the contents of the entire course.
About the contents of the current topic in which you are adding the assessment.
About the contents of the module in which you have created the assessment.
It is important that you have all the content previously added and leave the generation of the assessment for the end .
You can also add the maximum number of questions you want to be generated.
Once completed, click on the Generate Questions button. The AI assistant will generate your assessment by adding questions that can be single-choice, multiple-choice, or essay-based.
The process may take several minutes, depending on the content of your course. Therefore, you will see the following window:
*Whether the process was successful or not, you will receive an email.
If the assessment could not be generated, it may be that your course does not have enough content or text for the AI assistant to generate the questions. In these cases, try to complement your course and try again.
If it was generated correctly, you can review the generated assessment:
Once the evaluation has been created, if you need to make any modifications, simply click in the Edit option, and you can edit it as many times as you want.
*The artificial intelligence creates the test/assessment based on the Title and description you added (so be sure to complete it as much as possible). It can also read the PDFs and added texts for context.
