Refunds to students

When a student requests a refund, these are processed according to the plan you are on and the time it is requested:

If you have your payment methods integrated (available only in Advanced and Premium plans): You make the refunds directly.

If ClassOnLive manages your payments (available on all plans):

a) Refund request before receiving your earnings: You must send us the refund request directly from the help section of your control panel (it must include the student's email, amount, and name of the course):

*There is a maximum of 5 returns per customer/month.

b) Refund request after receiving your earnings: From now on, refunds are the responsibility of the person/company that received the earnings.

During this period, refunds requested by a student, regardless of the reason, WILL NOT BE MADE BY CLASSONLIVE. Therefore, you will have to wait to receive the earnings to make any refund request.
