When you do live sessions and want to share the recordings with students, you have two options:
1. Share them directly with your students.
2. Upload them to the library and add them to any training.
1. Sharing them directly with your students.
To access the recordings, you must go to "created trainings", and in the training where you have done the live session, in the "actions" button in "recordings". Here only the ones you have made with the ClassOnLive videoconferencing system will appear, in the case of zoom, you must access zoom and download from there.
In this "recordings" section you have the option to share them with students:
Student Access to Recordings
When sharing recordings directly with students, they access them in their control panel under "recordings":
2. Upload them to the library and add them to any training.
If you have made other recordings with other video conferencing systems (zoom, meet, etc ...) you can upload the recording / video to the multimedia library. Here is how.
Once you have uploaded the recording/video to the library, you can add the recording to this section or to any training. In case you want those recordings you have made to be part of the structure of the course, you must add the recording to your library and once you have it in the library you add it to the content of any course you want.
Student Access to Recordings
When uploading the recording to the library and adding it as content to the training, they access it in their control panel under "content":
*Important:
Step 2 (uploading the recording to the library) does not apply to webinar-style training, as it only allows you to share the recording directly with learners (step 1).
