Autoresponder for email marketing campaigns

An Autoresponder is one of the most powerful tools you can have since through it you can schedule an entire sequence of emails and follow up with your students or attendees automatically.

You can use it to make sure they're happy with your training, keep them updated with your news, and even make them other offers later.

In ClassOnLive you will have the possibility of integrating the following autoresponders:

To integrate them, go to the "Marketing" section and select "Autoresponder." There, select the ones you want to enable and follow the steps based on the platform you're using.

1) You must create a list on the platform that you are going to use as your autoresponder, so that when a student pays for the training, registers (if it's free) or you directly sign up the student , this student is added directly to your list in your autoresponder.

2) Once the training has been created, go to "training" and then "training I teach" in the green "Actions" button you will see the "autoresponder" option.

3) Choose the list you want students from this course to be automatically added to.

NOTE 1: Automatic reminder and registration messages (assigning username and password for students) are not removed when integrating these platforms. If you want to know which emails/notifications students receive, take a look here

NOTE 2: Third-party customization exists outside of the scope of ClassOnLive customer service. This means we cannot assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or changes/updates to email/autoresponder platforms that may affect their functionality.
