Activating notifications

On all plans except the Starter plan. You can access this section in the left vertical menu under Notifications .

You can enable or disable notifications:

The administrator receives:

Every time there is an activity/test to correct: So you can immediately access them to correct them. Here is how they are corrected.

Monthly report of transactions, invoices and progress: Receive an email once a month with these reports.

New registration/purchase of a student: Every time a student purchases or registers (if the training is free) they receive an email with the data.

Student receives:

When you automatically release a new topic (day/date): When you have a topic-based course and you drip-release content, the student receives a notification each time a new topic is enabled. Learn more about drip-based content release here.

When a student has a graded exam or activity: The moment you grade their essay questions or activity, they receive an email. See how to grade here

Drop out when the course end date is reached: Automatically drop your students based on their end date. Learn more here .

Automatically share the recording: Instantly and automatically share the recording of your live session. Learn more here .

Send certificates to those who complete 100% of the course: Have your students automatically receive their certificate when they complete your course. Learn more here .

Receive student and administrator:

Notification once a day about new forum content: Receive both you and the student notifications whenever you have activity in a forum.

Reminder one day before the live session: Both you and the student will receive an email with the reminder and the link to access the live session.

Additionally, every time you individually remove a student from a training or delete them from a forum, you will be asked if you want to send the notification:
