Difference between a "published" and "unpublished" training?

When you create a course, it will ask you if you want to publish it or just save it .

Save only means that you will not get the link and that you are not yet ready to make it available to your interested parties/students. NOTE: If you select this option, your videoconference rooms will appear as "room not enabled" and your students/interested parties will not be able to sign up or buy.

If you publish it at the moment, you will get the link/detail page and from that moment on your interested parties/students can register or pay.

You can check the status of your trainings in your dashboard, as there are other situations in which it may appear as unpublished, for example, when you start creating a training and leave it halfway through, without completing it, and/or when you cancel it. In some cases, functionality is limited if the training is not published.

To publish the training (you can do this at any time) simply click the green "Actions" button and publish it.
