You can close registrations for your training so that no more students can sign up.

To do this, from the list of training courses I teach, click on Actions and you will see the Close Registrations option

Once you click, it will ask you to indicate when you want to close registrations.
At that precise moment or when a certain number of registered students has been reached:

When a formation is closed, a red lock will appear in your formation list. If you have indicated to close a formation when a certain number of registrations is reached and the current number is below, the lock will appear green and open. When the number of registrations is reached, the lock will turn red and no more registrations will be allowed.

When your students try to sign up, they will see a window like this on the landing page/training detail page:

IMPORTANT: In the case of private classes, it does not allow you to close registrations when you reach a certain number of students, since that is controlled by the type of room you have chosen, but you can close it so that no one signs up for any more classes.

Once the training is closed, you can reopen it whenever you want, by clicking on the green "actions" button in "Open Registrations"

Important: If you are on the Advanced plan, you can continue adding students manually even if your registrations are closed.
