ClassOnLive allows you to carry out training sessions:

1. at the student's pace: Training sessions composed of content that the student consumes at their own pace (videos, files, etc.) To see more about this type of training, see here . The capacity for these training sessions is unlimited for the beginner and professional plans and 5,000 active students for the rest of the plans.

2. Live sessions: Capacity depends on the room and system used.

For live sessions, you can do it through:

A) ClassOnLive video conferencing system (included in all plans).

With this video conferencing system you have 3 video conferencing rooms that have a maximum capacity depending on the room:

-One-on-one rooms: Maximum capacity 2 people (includes instructor). Both participants enter with webcam and microphone.

-Group rooms: Maximum capacity 10 people (includes instructor). All participants enter with webcam and microphone.

-Webinar/streaming rooms: Maximum capacity 150 people (includes instructor). Possibility of having a maximum of 2 speakers simultaneously. Only these two speakers access with webcam and microphone, the rest of the participants can enable audio (microphone) one at a time and have access to the chat. See how webinar rooms work here .

*You can teach simultaneous classes based on the number of instructors you have.

* Technical requirements of the ClassOnLive video conferencing system.

B) Integrating Zoom . In this case you must have a zoom account, free or paid. Depending on the type of account you have, it will determine your capacity, time you can teach, type of rooms, etc. The integration is done once, you manage all the sessions from ClassOnLive, instructors and students access the session from the ClassOnLive calendar, but when teaching the live session, it is through a virtual zoom room.

ClassOnLive allows you to have more people sign up or register than the allowed capacity. It is the responsibility of the client/instructor, NOT CLASSONLIVE , to close the registrations. To do this, you have the following options:

1) Close the capacity automatically when the maximum number of people arrives.

2) You can modify the prices section and put the "no price" option. This way, you eliminate the registration/sale button but the "more information" button remains.

3) Another option is to change the training from public to private and set a password so that no registrations or sales can be made without it.

*These options may vary depending on your plan.
