Understanding the "Created Formations" section

When you create a formation, it will appear in the left vertical menu in the "Formations" section under "Created".

The columns that will appear:

- Title : About the training

- Start date : If there is no start date, the training will appear empty

- Type : The type of training you have created will appear: Course by topic, webinar, course, pack, snapshot, etc. Find out more about the different types of training you can create here .

- Privacy : Whether it is public or private. See the differences here .

- Visible in Catalog : You have the option to make the courses you create visible in your catalog or not, simply by moving the button. More information about the catalog here .

- Status : Published is when students can register or purchase. Unpublished is in "draft" status so you will have restricted features and students will not be able to register or purchase the training. More information here .

- Students : Number of students you have in each training

Each training has an Actions Button , this button contains all the actions you can do with the training (it may vary depending on the type of training).

The actions button contains:

Contents : To view the contents of that training.

View as student: Access to see how the training is organized, from the student's point of view ( does not contain customization). To see the personalized student dashboard, see here .

Booking page: Access the student's landing page or booking page. See more here

Recordings : Add recordings from your media library, see more here .

Edit : Edit any part of your training.

Duplicate : Duplicates the entire training (content, landing page, etc.), except for the student list.

Students : View the entire list of students in your training and access their data and progress. See here to see your students' statistics.

Messages : Access and respond to all the messages your students send you. See more here

Change Creator : When you have multiple trainers, you can change each one's assignment in this section. See more here

Close registrations: When you don't want any more students to register for this training. See more here

Correct : Correct the open questions in your tests or the activities/tasks you have assigned in this section. Learn more about tests here and tasks here .

Autoresponder : When integrating with autoresponders (mailchimp active campaign, etc.), assign the list created in this section to your email marketing. See more here .

Interested : See the list of people (leads) who have shown interest in your training and have contacted you through the contact form on your landing page.

Coupons : Create discount coupons for this training here. You can see more here .

Ratings : See the ratings your students have left you.

Send invitation : Promote the new training courses you just created to students who may be interested. See more here

Promote : Get the training link from here.

View product id : Each training course has an identifier to make it unique. If you have the app, you must provide this identifier. See more about the app here .

Cancel : By canceling your training, students cannot access it but you keep the data and student list.

Delete : Permanently deletes (with no way to recover) the training.

In the top menu you have several options:

Select the formations first and then select the option to make multiple at once.

- Delete : Deletes multiple courses at once.

- Unpublish : You can republish at any time. When you unpublish courses, the students you had become inactive and no longer appear in the catalog.

- Assign by affiliate : When you are using the affiliate program to sell your courses and you want to select the ones that apply. See more about the affiliate program here .
