I see a room not enabled, what do I do?

The start time you set when creating your webinar or live session is what will enable/turn on the room, since it is enabled about 15-20 minutes before the start time you have set.

Some of the reasons it can be disabled are:

- It detects inactivity for about 45 minutes from when it is enabled (so we recommend accessing about 10 minutes before the start time).

- You are accessing from an incorrect or expired link.

- If you access from your control panel, make sure you are accessing the correct course and at the correct time and date.

- That your training appears as " unpublished ", you can read more about this here .

To re-enable it you can:

1. Change it to about 15 minutes later so that it is automatically re-enabled.

2. Create a new lineup with a new time.

3. Contact support either by email ( [email protected] ) or phone to have it manually enabled.
