FUNDAE option only available in the Advanced Plan and Premium Plan in the "Courses by Topic" option.
You can add an unlimited number of supervisors to your courses. The supervisor role is designed for the SEPE supervisor.
1- Registration is done in the "users" section:
***the supervisor's email cannot be the same as any of the emails previously registered in the platform (it cannot be the same as the administrator, instructor or student).
2- When you create or modify the course, you must select the supervisor assigned to that training (you must register it previously):
3- Once you add the students to your training you must assign the students you want to be visible to the supervisor. To do this, in the "created" training section, under the "actions" button, go to "students" and in the top menu, select the corresponding icon:
It will ask you about the supervisor's visibility to certain students:
4- It is essential that the supervisor enters through the subdomain or domain that you have on the platform. More information here .
Once inside, the supervisor will see the assigned course and an "actions" button to see the corresponding information:
The supervisor may:
A. View and download student progress and connection times:
B. View the contents
C. Send a message to the administrator
D. Access to forums
E. Access to recordings
F. Access to instructor connection times
G. If you add the supervisor as a student, they will be able to access the live or video conference rooms.
*Once registered, the supervisor does not receive any notifications. It is the administrator's responsibility to inform the supervisor how to access.
