Now you can set up an online chat so you can provide real-time support to your students.
You can integrate WhatsApp or Zopim from Zendesk from My Academy -->Marketing&Sales-->Online Chat.

Add your phone number with your country code and the call-to-action text you want.
The color of the button and the text will be the same as the one you configured in your academy, in the Button Customization section.
Once created, it will appear in the lower right side of the pages:
2. Zendesk
To integrate it, you will need to have an account created in Zendesk.
Go to the section that says Configuration --> Widget. You must add the script that you will find in your panel.
In the First Steps tab you will find the script that you must paste in ClassonLive. Additionally, in this section you customize the color, text, language, etc ...
