Common Student Incidents

In the case of a platform incident, ClassOnLive assists you with student incidents. However, if these are isolated incidents affecting a particular student, since it is not a platform incident, we suggest sending the following articles to try to solve the problem:

*We appreciate it if you make sure that the configuration within the platform is correct (example: my student gets an error when trying to send a WhatsApp, in that case verify that the number is correct in the corresponding section).

In the event that you have an issue that affects all students in a training course and/or you consider that it is a platform issue, you can contact our technical department through your control panel in the "help" section and they will respond as soon as possible. You must send the following information for a quick resolution. If it is not sent or is sent incompletely, the technical department will not be able to provide a solution within the established time:

1) administrator email

1) student email/s

2) exact name of the training course (we have thousands of training courses daily, if you do not provide us with the exact name or only give us part of the name, we will not be able to find the correct training course).

3) description of the incident as accurate as possible

4) if possible with screenshots and/or video showing the incident
