When you create a live session (webinar, course or private class) you will see a calendar icon that will allow you to add the live session time to your preferred calendar: icalendar, yahoo, outlook, google calendar (with either the ClassOnLive video conferencing system or zoom):

Students can also add the schedule accessing its contents:
Or add directly from the calendar (you and your students):
Students will additionally receive the option to add their schedule in their welcome email. to your calendar.
Important : You cannot add multiple sessions at once, they must be added one by one.
