You can automatically generate the structure of your course's topics and modules using Artificial Intelligence.
When creating a topic-based course, you'll have the option to add topics manually or have the entire topic and module structure generated by AI.
When you click on the button, the following modal window will appear:
Complete the fields you want, and based on that, the AI assistant will take that information to generate the topics and modules for your course. The fields are:
Description : Enter a brief description of your course. What it's based on, who it's for, level, etc. You don't need to go into detail.
Topic Name : If you already have an exact name for your topics, you can add it here. The assistant will generate the structure of topics and modules, respecting the title of the topics you have entered here.
Number of Topics : If you want to have a specific number of topics in your course, you can indicate it here.
Then click on Generate Structure. This process may take more or less time depending on the information you have provided. We appreciate your patience and please wait for the process to finish. Once finished, you will see a window with the generated structure:
*The topics with their title and description will have been generated, as well as the modules of each topic with their title and description.
From this window, you can see the complete generated structure and make adjustments and/or modifications before saving the data to your course.
You can modify the title generated in each topic :
Delete an entire topic :
Modify the topic description :
Expand and view the modules generated for a particular theme:
You can also modify and/or delete each generated module .
Also, if you want to modify the order of the generated modules or themes you can do so by dragging each module or theme to the place you consider:
Once you have everything to your liking, just click on the Save Structure button and it will be associated with your course:
From this point you can continue as in manual process.
