Terms of Use/Privacy Policy

Access your administrator profile and select how to include your terms of use and privacy policies:

a- If you select "write my terms of use here" you can write them in the field designed for it.

b- If you select "via link" you can place any link you want, whether you already have a page for it or you want to create it within ClassOnLive and place the link. Here you have how to create it.

Regardless of the option you choose, on each landing page of each training there will be a mandatory section that each student must click and accept to proceed with the registration or purchase of the training.

*If the student clicks on the word "terms of use," the text you entered will appear for them to read. If you don't enter anything in the terms of use, this field will not appear on the registration form.

All of the above applies when the purchase or registration of students is made through the platform's landing pages.

IMPORTANT

Since the platform only provides the management tools and does not manage either the student or the content, it is the responsibility of each client to comply with the LOPD and RGPD.

If you add students manually to the training courses or decide not to add the terms of use/privacy policies option, it is the responsibility of each client to provide their students with the respective documentation informing them about the use and processing of their information.
