Notifications that students receive

Students receive notifications/emails that are automatic, regardless of the plan:

A) Always:

-The welcome email that includes: the student's name, course name, username and password, as well as the link to the access page.

B) You have the option to activate/deactivate the following notifications:

Every time there is an activity/test to correct

Monthly report of transactions, invoices and progress

New registration/purchase of a student

Automatically share the recording

Send certificates to those who reach 100% of the course

Among others... you can see where to activate/deactivate here

C) With certain actions:

-When you send an invitation

-When you send a message through the platform's messaging system (a copy is sent to your email)

-When you receive an certificate

What notifications do students/attendees NOT receive automatically (in which case you must notify them through the messaging system ):

- When you change the date/time of a videoconference session

- When going from canceled/unpublished to published

- When going from public to private and vice versa

- When adding new content (pdf, video, etc.) to any training
