In your dashboard, in the "Forums" section under "Forums I Administer."
Choose the forum and in the green "Actions" button, select "members".
There you can remove any attendee (which is not removed from the training, only from the community).
Once you select that you want to remove him, the option will appear if you want to notify him about his departure from the forum:
