Administrator

Regardless of the plan you choose, you only have 1 administrator role. They manage all training, have payment information, are the only ones who can customize, and are the ones who register and deregister instructors and supervisors.

Instructors

Also called teachers, they are the ones who teach training under your brand's umbrella. Depending on the plan you are on, you can have different numbers of instructors:

Beginner plan: no instructors, only the administrator teaches

Professional plan: 5 instructors

Advanced plan: 10 instructors, with the possibility of increasing to 25 for an additional cost .

Premium plan: 25 instructors, no possibility of increasing more

Instructors can receive messages from students and participate/moderate forums, etc. At no time will they be able to see the students' emails, but they can communicate with them through the platform.

Here you can see how to register them.

Here you can see everything an instructor can do.

Supervisors

The supervisor can only see the progress of the students and you can create as many supervisors as you want, they are unlimited. This role is designed to grant permission to a director/head of department who wants to see how their employees' progress is going. In the case of subsidized training in Spain, this role is designed for access by the SEPE supervisor.

Here you have how to register them.

If you want to have a supervisor, you must assign him/her to the trainings you want him/her to participate in.

Active Students

These are those who access an active course. If the course is canceled or deleted, the students in this course are not considered active. Depending on the plan, the number of students varies:

Initiation and professional plan: unlimited students
