A student has registered/purchased my training, now what?

Every time a student registers or purchases a training:

1- The student will receive a welcome email. Here you can see how to customize it.

2- The email that you have as the administrator will receive an email with the student's information.

The student's welcome email contains their username (this is the student's email address), their password (automatically assigned by the platform), and the link to your login page. For webinars, you will also receive the link to access them.

If the student tells you they haven't received the email, tell them to check their spam and/or promotions folder. If it is not there, confirm that:

-the student's email is written correctly

-that the student has not deleted the email they received

-that their domain has a firewall that prevents receiving emails from your domain without first verifying or reporting it

-that the student is searched for in the wrong email (many have more than 1 email and they often get confused)

-if you have configured the domain so that your emails are sent by that means, that it is correctly configured and/or verify that your hosting company is working correctly. See how to configure your domain here .

Recommendation: Add the link to your login page on your website (if you have one).

You can indicate that on the login page there is a "forgot password" option to request a new one.
