My recordings are choppy or have too many files.

When several recordings/files from the same videoconference session appear, it may be because you have stopped and started the recording process or because the system detects that your signal is not arriving correctly and closes the current file to prevent it from becoming corrupted, and starts a new one at that moment.

Many times the latter is due to unstable network connections that cause the live session to lose connection for milliseconds and generate new files when it reconnects. This results in many small files or choppy recordings being generated. For this reason, we recommend that you do not use Wi-Fi and that you connect with a cable (since there are ups and downs that are not noticeable in the live session but affect the recordings).

If the platform detects more than 2 consecutive times that you are not sending the signal correctly, you will be notified to regenerate and check your connection.
