In all certified diplomas of type Image or Html you can add the fields of your personalized registration form , so that when it is sent to each student, the selected field is replaced by its corresponding value.
1-Certificates by Image
In the "Variables" button, the fields from your registration forms will appear, which you can use to add to your diploma/certificate:
When selecting a variable, its label will be added to the text:
Important : When you select a variable, a label of the form {Nombre-Código} will be added to the text box. DO NOT MODIFY this label since replacing it with its real data will not work. If you are not going to use it, simply delete it.
2-Certificates by HTML
In the HTML certificate editor, the variables option will appear to select the field to add to the diploma/certificate.
Important : Unlike image certificates, when you select a variable it will not be added directly to the HTML, but will be copied to your clipboard so you can paste it (Ctrl+V) wherever you want in the HTML.
Once you have pasted the tag, do not modify it, otherwise it will not work, however you can delete it.
When a diploma/certificate is sent to a student, the fields will be replaced with the values entered by each student.
