Certificate Customization:

1) Predefined Certificate Template
You can upload logos, signatures, IDs, edit colors, and add text. The platform automatically fills in the student name, organizer name, and course name.
2) Uploading an Image
Allows you to upload a background image with images and text, leaving space to then automatically place the name of the student, the organizer and the name of the course.
3) HTML
A design with HTML code that you can fully customize.
*IMPORTANT: When customizing a certificate, it will always ask you for a field called identifier. This is so that when you have multiple certificates you know how to identify them.
Assigning Certificates
Although you can create multiple certificates, the one you assign to your training is the one that will be sent if you select to send automatically.
Sending Certificates Automatically
1-Activating notifications: You can send certificates when the student completes 100% of the course content. To do this, you must first assign the certificate to the course and then go to notifications.
2- When completing a test according to the configuration made:
When creating the test, it will ask you which certificate you want to send to the student.
Sending certificates manually
1-In the "Reports" section:
Select the corresponding training:
And by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner, you will see the option to send a certificate according to the % of completion of the course:

Select the corresponding training and the "students" option
And by clicking on the icon in the top right, the shipping option will appear:
Al When registering, the assistant/student is told that depending on how they enter their name, that is how it will appear on the certificate.
IMPORTANT: When adding the student manually, you must enter their name (or when they register, the "name" field will appear). This is the name that will appear on the certificate. To change the name, the student can do so in their control panel, or you can do it in the student section using the "actions" button for the student in "edit data". Here you have more information.
