Once you have canceled your account you can recover it with the following link with the administrator account you had :

IMPORTANT

*To recover your content and information, you must do so within the next 30 days after your plan has been canceled, since ClassOnLive saves the content and information in your account only for 30 days after the cancellation date (whether by your own will or non-payment). This is because, due to the LOPD and RGPD, the platform cannot save content from people/companies that are no longer clients, complying with Spanish and European law on the management of client content.

*You must manually register any additional instructors you have again to recover their training and content. If you wait 30 days after manual registration, this associated email and all associated training and content will be permanently deleted.

*It may take 24-36 hours for the account to be activated after recovery. Your training courses may appear inactive. To activate them, you must go to "created training courses" and click the "actions" button. You must activate each of the training courses.

During this time, neither your students nor your instructors will have access to the training or content. To avoid this, we recommend that you keep your payment method updated at all times.

*After 30 days, even if you do it through the link above, the content/information you had will have been permanently deleted (so your account will appear empty).

*All information on recovery, cancellation, and return policies can be found in our terms of use , which you accepted at the time of purchase. They are available 24/7 in the footer of www.classonlive.com.
