To crear a live class, you must create a theme and, under the theme, the module to have access to the option to create live sessions:

You must fill in the corresponding fields.

If you want to obtain the necessary statistics for FUNDAE, you must select the ClassOnLive videoconferencing system.

IMPORTANT:

ClassOnLive provides connection and attendance data when you use our videoconferencing system for webinar rooms to deliver live sessions. If you create the live session using external integrations available on the platform (Zoom, YouTube Live, etc.), the availability of attendance and connection reports will depend exclusively on those tools and the plan you have with each provider. In these cases, we recommend checking directly with the corresponding platform to verify what types of reports are available.

Even if you integrate Zoom into ClassOnLive, it is not currently possible to obtain attendance or connection data from Zoom, so you would have to manage both platforms separately. For these reports to be available to the supervisor within the platform, they must be uploaded as part of the course content or submitted externally to the SEPE supervisor. If you select Zoom, you must obtain connection times from Zoom. See integration with Zoom here .

The instructor can access it through the calendar in the left vertical menu, by clicking on the day and time. *Virtual rooms are enabled 15 minutes before the start time.

All of your course content will appear, including access to the virtual room for your live sessions.
