It is the responsibility of each customer to cancel their plan. All information on the cancellation and return policies can be found in our terms of use , which you accepted at the time of purchase. The terms of use are available 24/7 in the footer of www.classonlive.com.

To cancel your plan, you must log in with the administrator email in "my plan" and select cancellation. All your subscriptions will appear (plan, instructors, mobile app, or students), click on "my subscriptions" and select the one(s) you want to cancel:

The account will be canceled in the corresponding billing cycle. That is, if you cancel on February 20th and your billing cycle is the 20th of each month, the account will be automatically deactivated the day before the billing cycle, that is, on February 19th. The same applies to annual plans; if you cancel halfway through your plan, it will not be canceled until the yearly cycle has ended.

Refund Policies

The platform does not refund payments for monthly plans of any kind (students, instructors, mobile application, etc.).

For plans, when you benefit from an early payment discount, there is a twelve-month commitment. Customers who have purchased an annual plan are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the date of payment for the annual plan or within 30 days of the annual plan renewal. If a refund is granted, one monthly fee will be deducted from the corresponding plan (at the monthly plan price). Here is the price list. To request a refund, you must do so through your administrator account in the control panel to the support department. Here is how to contact us.

After 30 days of payment for the annual plan, no refunds will be given. At the time of cancellation, the account will no longer be accessible.

Important:

Once your account is cancelled, the content will be deleted and you and your students will no longer be able to access it. We recommend that you download your content and notify your students. Your data and content are saved for 30 days after account cancellation, in case you want to recover it . After this time, they are permanently deleted without the possibility of recovering them.

In the case of using the ClassOnLive payment methods, you must be on a paid plan to receive your earnings, if you cancel the subscription before receiving your income, the payment will not be made.

If you cancel directly from paypal or your card, your account is automatically canceled at that moment and the only way to activate the account again is by purchasing the plan again, so we DO NOT recommend doing this.

In order to treat all customers equally, NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE to cancellation, refund, and account recovery policies.
