Change your ClassOnLive plan

Written by David de ClassOnLive
Updated over a month ago

When changing plans, you must purchase the new plan directly from your control panel:

Monthly Plans

-When upgrading, a refund will be made for the unused days of the lower plan. With the purchase of the new plan, a new billing cycle begins. The refund may take a few days to become effective, it will depend on the payment method and your bank.

-When downgrading, there is NO refund, therefore make sure to make the change one day before renewal to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

-When upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual plan, purchasing the annual plan starts a new billing cycle.

Annual Plans

-You have 30 days to change your plan, after this time there are NO refunds and there are no exceptions.

-When changing from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the monthly payments previously paid on a monthly basis are not discounted from the annual payment, you must purchase the new annual plan and from then on the new billing cycle begins.

-When upgrading from an annual plan to a higher monthly plan (i.e. annual initiation plan to monthly advanced plan) there is a refund of the annual payment for the days not used, however, if you downgrade from an annual plan to a lower monthly plan (i.e. annual advanced plan to monthly initiation plan) , there is NO refund , so make sure you change your plan one day before renewal to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

IMPORTANT:

When downgrading, several functionalities and those of your students may be limited. For example:

-The possibilities of creating free trainings are limited by plan, so when downgrading to a lower plan they may be deactivated or not appear with the plan change, so students automatically cannot access these training courses.

-Check how you receive payment for your courses and the registration of your students , as these options vary depending on your plan, as well as the fees when selling a course (15% initiatin plan, 10% profesional plan, 0% advanced and premium plans).

We advise you to visit our plan comparison or write to us at [email protected] with any questions before making the change.
