The platform does not issue refunds on monthly plan payments, or on payments for additional students or instructors, except for annual plans.
For an annual plan, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the payment date or within 30 days of the renewal of an annual plan.
IMPORTANT: If a refund is granted, one monthly payment will be deducted from the corresponding plan (at the monthly plan price). After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.
*The refund may take a few days to become effective, it will depend on the payment method and your bank.
*Payments for course sales are only made to accounts with an active plan. They are not made to plans in a trial period or accounts that have already been canceled.
*If you cancel directly from PayPal or your card, your account is automatically canceled at that moment and the only way to reactivate the account is to purchase the plan again. We do NOT recommend doing this.
