If you currently pay by card and want to change the card number, you can do so in the "my plan" section and it will be applied when the next charge is made:
In the event that you pay with Paypal and want to pay, starting from the next payment, with card or vice versa, you will have to purchase the plan again with the new payment method and from this moment a new billing cycle begins.
If you downgrade from a lower plan to a higher one, a refund will be issued for the days not used with the previous payment method. If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower one, there are no refunds, so please check the date to make the change.
