You must first add the material/content to the multimedia library. You can find it in the left menu under Training. Add a folder with the name of your webinar and add the content.
When creating a webinar and filling in the corresponding data, you will reach the "contents" option, select Add Contents .
Once the material is added, it will be reflected as follows, allowing you to delete or edit it:

*On the day/time you are giving your webinar, select the share PDF option and the PDF files you previously uploaded when creating the webinar will appear.
If you haven't uploaded them previously, you can upload them directly from your PC at that time.
When uploading the pdf at that time, it leaves them already uploaded and accessible, so that during the webinar every time you select the "share pdf" option, the pdfs you have previously added will appear, avoiding having to upload them again (tip: use the minutes before the start of the webinar to upload the pdfs that you need to have previously uploaded).
