When you create a training, you must make sure that it is in the " published " option and that it is paid (that it has an assigned price). In "Created" trainings, in the training to which you want to assign the coupons, in the green "actions" button you will see the "Coupons" option:
To configure them, simply fill in the corresponding fields.
There are 3 types of coupons:
1) Bulk coupon: It is characterized by having a limited number of uses. For example, the first 10 people who use the code get the discount.
2) Individual coupon are assigned to a specific person, with their email
3) Global coupons are applied to all the training courses you have in your academy's catalog.
Expiration date
Putting an expiration date on your coupons is optional . If you don't put a discount date, they will remain active until the number of coupons you have detailed is used.
*This date cannot be modified. If you want to extend the time period because you still have coupons available, you will have to create new coupons for it.
Differences between the Professional plan and the Advanced Plan
In the Advanced plan, you can enter the name of the coupon you want (this name is the one that the student enters so that the discount is applied), as well as the % discount you want.
In the Professional plan, the name of the coupon is randomly generated and you cannot apply a discount greater than 50%.
**If you have formations with membership / subscription and the student applies the discount coupon, this price is the one they will pay for all future payments. That is, if the student applies a 50% discount on a €10 membership, at the time of payment they will do so for €5 and that amount will be the one they will pay every month.
