Extensions in your browser

While third-party browsers can be extremely helpful, some have been known to cause issues or conflicts with other websites.

If you think an extension may be responsible for problems, try a browser that doesn't have extensions, or try disabling it and reloading the page.

If that stops the problem, you can identify the extension as the culprit and remove it, or keep it disabled when using ClassOnLive.

Some popular extensions that sometimes cause problems are:

- Adblock

- Security extensions (such as HTTPS Everywhere)

- Although not extensions, Skype, GarageBand, FaceTime , or any other program that requires the use of your microphone or webcam, will often block and disable other websites from using them, so make sure you have these closed if you're going to be using video conferencing.
