Students: I don't receive emails.

In this case, make sure you:

-Check your spam and/or promotions folder in case it ended up there

-That you haven't previously deleted it (check your "trash" folder)

-If you registered with your own domain email (your company's, for example), talk to the programmer/technician to enable the domain.

-Talk to the training organizer and verify that you registered with the correct email. Sometimes you register with one email and wait for notifications in another, or sometimes, because you're in a hurry, you don't spell it correctly. In these cases, only the training organizer can make or correct the change to your email.

-If you have voluntarily sent us to spam, the platform blocks us by default and you will no longer be able to receive notifications. In this case, please contact the training organizer so they can report the incident to us.
