The student chooses the training and in the "Actions" button selects "send message to instructor":
If your training has two or more instructors assigned, you will select the person you want to send the message to. You can also attach documents.
*Emails are not visible, only the names of the instructors and students.
The instructor will see the messages they have pending to answer in "communications" in the "messages" section and will access them directly. They will have them organized into messages by training or general:
You can also access it from "created formations" in the "actions" button in "messages":
