Customizing notifications for students

On all plans except the Starter plan.

You can access this section in the left vertical menu under notifications .

You can enable or disable notifications:

The administrator receives:

Every time there is an activity/test to correct: So you can immediately access them to correct them. Here is how to correct them.

Monthly report of transactions, invoices and progress: Receive an email once a month with these reports.

New registration/purchase of a student: Every time a student purchases or registers (if the training is free) they receive an email with the data.

Student receives:

When you automatically release a new topic (day/date): When you have a topic-based course and you drip-release content, the student receives a notification each time a new topic is enabled. Learn more about drip-based content release here.

When a student has a graded exam or activity: The moment you grade their essay questions or activity, they receive an email. See how to grade here

Drop out when the course end date is reached: Automatically drop your students based on their end date. Learn more here .

Send certificates to those who complete 100% of the course: Have your students automatically receive their certificate when they complete your course. Learn more here .

Receive student and administrator:

Notification once a day about new forum content: Receive both you and the student notifications whenever you have activity in a forum.

Reminder one day before the live session: Both you and the student will receive an email with the reminder and the link to access the live session.

If you want to customize the email, choose the email you want to modify and change the template.

You'll find several variables you can copy and paste into your template to automatically change them. For example, if you choose to include the "recipient name" variable, the student's name will automatically be entered in the email.

Additionally, every time you individually remove a student from a training or delete them from a forum, you will be asked if you want to send the notification:

You can change it as many times as you want or whenever you consider appropriate.
