Initiation and Professional Plans
You have the possibility of adding 20 students manually, with the possibility of increasing the number of students for an additional cost of 1US$/student (minimum 20 students for each time you want to purchase).
Advanced Plan
You can add manually 5,000.
Premium Plan
You can add manually 10,000.
In both plans you have the possibility of purchasing more students for an additional cost of 49US$ for each increase of 1,000 students.

You can add one student at a time or in bulk, using a CSV file.
In your control panel in Courses, in the green "Actions" button of the cpurse where you want to add them, select the "Students" option.
You will have the option to "Add Attendees" in the top menu:
Once you've added an attendee, they'll receive an automatic welcome email.
This welcome email contains your personalized live room link (for webinars) and their username and password (to access your course or training).

If you want to add several students at once, it is through a CSV file:
*In the case of "courses by lessons", when adding the student(s), you will have the option to add them to specific lessons or to the entire course:
If you add one by one you must add with a specific format:
email,name,[AdditionalField1:Value1][AdditionalField2:Value2,...]; where the name and the additional fields ( you must have previously registered them in the Forms section, here you can see how to create the additional fields)) are optional and must be in brackets. Example:
[email protected] , Juan,[AdditionalField1:Value1]
Once you have added a student, they will receive an automatic welcome email. This welcome email contains the username and password as well as the link to the login page. Here you have how to customize this welcome email and here how to customize the login page.
